Career & Job Fair 2019

College of the Rockies will be hosting our 13th annual Career & Job Fair on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm in the Cranbrook Campus Gymnasium. This is a great event for full-time and part-time job seekers, and college and high school students planning their campus to career transition!

We offer a wide variety of first aid, cooking, computer skills, and recreational courses. Our goal is to help you connect to new experiences, interests, skills, and talents. We've even got online courses if you can't make it to one of our campuses!

Haul Truck Driver Training

Interested in working in Canada's booming resource industry? College of the Rockies' Haul Truck Operator program is for individuals looking to start a new career within the mining industry. We've worked with industry specialists and invested in a top-of- the-line simulator to ensure that our students receive the most industry-relevant training.

Our 4-week program is offered at our Cranbrook and Fernie campuses with monthly start dates throughout the year.

Plumber and Piping Trades Foundation

The 24-week pre-apprenticeship foundation program is designed to help you to get the knowledge and skills you need to be prepared for employment in the piping trades. Our program prepares you for work in a wide variety of industries including pipeline construction, gas plants, pulp mills and oil refineries. This program enables those seeking apprenticeships to market themselves to future employers.
